Rebels rolling after slow start in football
Champlin Park's football players came into the season with high hopes. Losing their first two games, to strong Lake Conference teams Eden Prairie and Hopkins, didn't mean it couldn't still be a good season.

Champlin Park has bounced back with wins over Park Center, Coon Rapids and Centennial to improve to 3-2.

The Rebels beat Centennial 28-25 with a touchdown in the final seconds last week.

Champlin Park will try to keep the momentum going this Friday for homecoming when they face District 11 rival Blaine.
