Osseo forfeits two football wins
The Osseo football team has had great success on the field this fall.
Friday's 22-13 win at Andover pushed their record to 5-0, but only temporarily.
The Orioles have forfeited wins over Centennial and Maple Grove in the first two games of the season after they discovered that an ineligible player was used in those two games.
Osseo's record now officially stands at 3-2, with three games remaining.
With the Northwest Suburban Conference's change to two divisions this fall, those "crossover" games were not considered conference games, so the Orioles could still win their division championship.
