Most high school football teams use organized summer training programs as a way to stay in shape and keep connected with teammates.
But, with new head coach Dave Frissel taking over the team, this summer's workouts have added importance for the Armstrong Falcons.
Frissel coached Mankato East for four seasons before taking the new job at Armstrong.
